5 elements that make a difference in a corporate event venue

Not all venues are created equal for a corporate event. Here are the criteria that, in practice, truly make a difference.

1. Modularity

A venue capable of hosting a conference format in the morning and a more informal cocktail in the evening, without a break, offers much more freedom in the design of the program.

2. The character of the place

A venue with a strong history or identity, a former performance hall, a heritage building, a natural setting, gives the event a dimension that no standard conference room can offer.

3. Access logistics

Easy parking, proximity to the city centre, access for caterer and technical equipment deliveries: details invisible to guests, but crucial for everything to run smoothly.

4. Technical infrastructure

Sound, lighting, reliable internet connection: essential whenever there are presentations or speakers.

5. The capacity to host exclusivity

For some events, being able to privatize the entire venue, and therefore guarantee confidentiality, is one of the non-negotiable criteria.
