CORPORATE SUMMIT - MONTEBELLO, QUEBEC

We designed a corporate summit as a carefully paced, multi-day experience that balanced structured leadership dialogue with opportunities for informal connection and restoration. Each day was intentionally programmed to support relationship-building, insight-sharing, and immersion in the setting.

The summit opened with an evening cocktail dînatoire on Friday, allowing guests to reconnect with peers and establish rapport in a relaxed, social environment. An informal after-dinner gathering around Montebello’s bonfire extended the experience and encouraged organic conversation in a memorable setting.

Saturday was designed as the core content and experience day. The morning began with breakfast followed by fireside chats featuring high-profile CEOs, creating space for candid leadership perspectives and knowledge transfer. We then transitioned participants into curated outdoor activities at Kenauk Nature Reserve, using nature-based experiences to deepen connections and offer a contrast to traditional conference programming.

Logistics were carefully managed through scheduled transportation, activity sign-ups by interest and ability level, and on-site coordination to ensure a smooth transition between sessions and locations. Guests were given flexibility through free time and optional activities, allowing for personalization of the experience without losing cohesion.

The summit concluded with a celebratory evening on Saturday, featuring a cocktail dînatoire, special performance, and post-event gathering, welcoming partners and creating a shared closing moment. This final evening reinforced community, celebration, and continuity beyond the summit itself.
